However, we urge you to protect the confidentiality of the children and youth you serve by using only INITIALS or a case/student NUMBER or something similar to add to the privacy protection. Other information collected will be restricted to non-identifiers such as age, ethnicity, and gender. Our software will try to catch common English names and you may be prompted to remove a name. Users are encouraged to check with the privacy policy of their agency before using these tools.
